A blueberry festival in August…wow, can’t wrong with that! What a great story about the places to visit around Lombardy. Have never been and your description of the place sound marvelous. Very tempted by the the green spaces and local, “cheap” foods. Thank you for the introduction to off the beaten places in Italy!
